Get SEO Backlinks From YouTube Videos

In order to get SEO backlink exposure from your YouTube channel, it’s really important that you do this one thing. That is – include the http:// before your website. Let me show you what I mean down here in the description of this video.

You’ll notice when I’m hovering over these two links, only one of them is turning blue and is a link. The first one is not because it’s missing the http: //.

In order to make it clickable in YouTube description, you must include the http. Do not just type ‘www’, otherwise people are going to have to copy and paste. Which we already know most people aren’t going to take the time and energy to copy and paste, they simply want to click.

Make sure you check your video descriptions and have a backlink to your website, including http://.
