Hello, internet fans, Ryan Perry here with Simple Biz Support. And in this episode of the One-Minute Marketing Tip, I’m going to show you how to add your social media links to your YouTube channel.

Adding your social media links to your YouTube channel is really simple, and when you do they’ll show up here on the bottom right-hand side of the border. Now the reason why you want to do this is so that people who want to find you on the social media channel that they’re comfortable with can find you there. As an example, maybe I like using Facebook more than YouTube. Therefore I can find you on Facebook and follow you on Facebook. So let’s go ahead, jump up. First thing you want to do is log-in to your YouTube channel. Click on the “edit” button here and then “edit links”. Down below you’re going to have an option to “add custom links” and this is where you’re going to put them in. You can see the very first one is my website, then after that it’s social media. Put the actual URL of your page, not just “Twitter.com” in your specific LinkedIn account as an example. Once you’re done, make sure you click “done,” and you’re set.
