The idea of this one minute marketing tip came from an article I was reading on TechCrunch about Netflix, and the advantage that they have over conventional TV. And right here it says, “Another reason why Hollywood should be worried, Netflix is now able to leverage big data to produce hit shows almost routinely.”

Essentially what they’re doing is Netflix is collecting the information of their users in determining what they want to see; A romance, a comedy, a horror. They know that because they know what people are searching for.

The big question is, are you using your Google Analytics account, your Google Search Console account. On Facebook, are you checking your insights? On Twitter, are you checking your Twitter Analytics?

You need to know what’s working and what’s not working in order to improve your performance down the road and not rely on hope marketing.
